TERMS OF SERVICE
(TOS)
Will do: animals, pets, feral, creatures, monsters and (animal versions= +20% of the price) .
What I will not: NSFW, heavy gore, extreme violence/gore, anything political or hate art .
I. GENERAL TERMS
1. The prices shown are for non-detailed subjects.
-The final price will depend on factors such as additional subjects, complex backgrounds, or detailed animals/creatures.
2. By ordering a commission, you agree that you are of legal age or have parental or legal guardian consent.
3. By ordering a commission from me, you agree to my Terms of Service.
4. All commissions are discussed through emails or direct messages on Instagram.
5. I have the right to decline any commissions without explanation.
6. If you enter invalid information or submit a non-serious request when filling out the form, I will not consider the commission.
7. I keep the right to post the artwork and please understand art style may vary a little depending on your commission/character.
8. These TOS may be updated at any time and won't apply to existing commission or in progess.
II. PROCESS
9. Payment in full is required before work begins to prevent scams.
10. Deadlines are calculated from the date the final brief is sent and full payment is received. Please note that delays in your response to sketch updates or feedback will extend the final delivery date.
-More complex projects will require a longer deadline, which will be discussed during our initial conversation.
11. If you need an illustration sooner (e.g., a birthday gift) than the standard turnaround time, please check for rush availability with me. Rush fees typically start at 50%–75% of the base price depending on the emergency.
12. The final quality of the artwork will heavily depends on the quality of the reference images/drawings provided. By providing references of character designs, you declare that you have proper rights or or permission.
-Providing no details regarding the pose, background, etc., grants me full creative freedom.
III. PAYMENT
13. All payments are either made with robuxs or via e-tranfers (CAD) Here you can check the current exchange rate to your local currency.
14. All payments are due within 48 hours; an overdue payment will result in the cancellation of the commission.
15. No refunds unless I’m unable to finish your commission.
IV. CREATION OF THE WORK
16. All commissions include a sketch approval stage with revision rights for small changes.
17. Work-in-progress updates are provided only upon request.
18. Revisions of the sketch vary by commission type;
• Under $35 CAD = 1 revision included .
• Over $35 CAD/Detailed pieces = 2 revisions included .
If you need more changes beyond these, the cost starts at 15% of the full commission price.
19. Minor final adjustments are welcome but not included in the initial price. The cost is 20% of the full price for any changes after the draft confirmation.
20. Standard turnarround time from the date the payment is received:
• 2 to 3 weeks for simple illustrations .
• 4 to 5 weeks for complex illustrations .
V. USE & COMMERCIAL FEES
21. The artist retains all rights to created artwork, including the right to repost, use, and post the artwork commissioned with proper credit and no commercial use.
22. You must credit me for the art and cannot trace/copy the commisionned work.
23. My commissions' prices are personal use only, not profitable in any way, unless you pay for the commercial fee. (Printing at home or for a friend is allowed. Only for personal use)
Personal — using as profile picture, banner, stream schedule, thumbnail, normal social media posts, etc. You can print the art as long as it stays for personal use, not profiting in any way. Make sure to always give my credits.
Monetized Content — Not accepted.
